Main benefits:

Which procedure is best for me?
  • For a very natural look, the Lip Liner &  Blush is perfect!  This entails outlining your lips and "blushing" some colour into the first third of your lips - giving a beautiful subtle finish.
  • The Full Lip Colour gives more of a lipstick finish and is perfect for those who want a bolder look.
  • Both treatments will add contour & definition to your lips, perfecting the shape & making them look fuller.

How long does the procedure take?

For your first treatment, you should allow for 2.5/3 hrs.  For your touch-up 1.5/2.5 hrs

Does it hurt?
  • I  use anaesthetic, which minimises any discomfort.
  • However, the lip tissue is more sensitive than brows, so will tend to be slightly more painful than a brow procedure.  If you've had permanent eyeliner, then it's probably about the same pain level as that.

How long does it last?

Once the procedure is completed, you can expect your lip colour to last 12-18 mths or longer, before needing a touch-up.  

Anything else I need to know?
  • If you're not yet a client, then I will need to see you for a consultation first.  This will give me an opportunity to discuss your requirements further and also give you a patch test to make sure you're OK with the pigments & anaesthetics I use.
  • It may be possible to do a telephone consultation and send you a patch test in the post
  • For new procedures, you will need 2 appointments, spaced 6-8 weeks apart - BOOK NOW FOR LUSCIOUS LIPS FOR XMAS!!
  • For colour boosts, then one appointment may be enough
  • If you have ever had any cold sores, then it is recommended you start your anti-viral treatment for 5 days before your treatment and continue for 5 days after to reduce the chance of an outbreak.
  • No fillers or botox around the lip area for 3 weeks before or 3 weeks after your PMU procedure.
  • Full aftercare instructions will be given with your aftercare pack
